gggjili Terms and Conditions – Philippines Online Gaming Platform

01Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout all sections of this document and any supplementary policies published on gggjili:

• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on gggjili to access gaming services.

02Eligibility & Registration

Access to gggjili is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. It is the Player's sole responsibility to confirm eligibility before registering an account.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gaming laws.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is permitted by applicable law.

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from gggjili for any reason.

During registration, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. gggjili reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify this information. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

Each Player is permitted to hold one active account only. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a violation of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, gggjili will suspend all associated accounts pending investigation, and any winnings or bonuses accumulated across those accounts may be voided.

03Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your gggjili account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or application.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of account security.
• Log out of your account when accessing gggjili on shared or public devices.
• Notify gggjili support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

gggjili will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorised transactions resulting from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was performed by you — is treated as authorised and remains your responsibility unless you have reported a breach promptly and in writing to gggjili's support team.

gggjili staff will never ask for your full password through any communication channel. Any message requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

04Deposits & Payments

All transactions on gggjili are conducted exclusively in Philippine Pesos (₱). gggjili does not process foreign currency transactions, and no conversion fees are applied to deposits made through supported local payment channels.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on gggjili:

• GCash
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. gggjili does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside gggjili's control.

Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation from the payment provider. In most cases, this is immediate or near-immediate for e-wallets like GCash and Maya. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.

05Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available funds at any time subject to the conditions outlined in this section. gggjili is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and transparently.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on your gggjili account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Before a Player's first withdrawal, gggjili requires completion of standard KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This involves submitting a valid government-issued ID and, where applicable, proof of address.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes once approved.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet to BDO, BPI, or UnionBank accounts are typically completed within the same business day.
• Withdrawals may be subject to processing reviews if the amount is unusually large or if the account has recently changed key details.

gggjili reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, unresolved bonus wagering requirements, or pending identity verification. In such cases, you will be notified through your registered contact details.

If a withdrawal request is rejected, funds are returned to your gggjili account balance immediately, and the reason for rejection will be communicated to you. gggjili does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

06Bonuses & Promotions

gggjili regularly offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback programmes, and tournament prizes to both new and existing Players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific multiple and eligible games are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses claimed fraudulently or through multiple accounts will be voided, and the associated accounts suspended.
• gggjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. They cannot be claimed more than once per household or IP address.
• Free spins winnings are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

07Gaming Rules

All games offered on gggjili operate under specific rules that are accessible within each game's information or help section. 08Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on gggjili. Engaging in any of the conduct described below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and forfeiture of funds without prior notice:

• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker, Pusoy, and tournament formats.

09Intellectual Property

Nothing on the platform grants you any ownership right over gggjili's intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any content on gggjili without prior written permission from gggjili's management. Unauthorised use of gggjili's brand assets or platform content may constitute a violation of intellectual property law and will be pursued accordingly.

10Limitation of Liability

gggjili provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gggjili excludes liability for:

• Loss of winnings or account funds resulting from technical failures outside gggjili's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.

• Security breaches resulting from a Player's own failure to protect their account credentials.

12Account Suspension & Termination

gggjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, identity verification failure, violation of the Prohibited Conduct provisions, or regulatory compliance obligations.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting gggjili's support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds in the account will be held securely during that period. gggjili will communicate the outcome of any investigation in writing to the Player's registered email address.

13Amendments to These Terms

gggjili reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Players will be notified via email to their registered address and through a prominent notice on the gggjili platform. The effective date of any updated Terms will be clearly displayed at the top of this page.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means within 30 calendar days, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines for formal resolution. gggjili will always act in good faith to resolve legitimate Player disputes promptly and fairly.
